Here’s how it works; rising mortgage rates force monthly payment higher, leaving consumers to purchase at a lower price to keep the monthly payment the same. Days on market in Wyandotte County shortened to match the average days of the rest of the metro.

Pending sales exceeded homes sold, meaning the market is strengthening, rather than weakening.
