In Raymore, we saw eight new homes listed and ten homes sold, with an average sales value of $363,000 and an average sell value of $366,000. While the days on market were a bit longer than usual at 57, there were still four pending sales, indicating that the market is active and there are interested buyers out there.

Over in Peculiar, we saw four new homes listed and seven homes sold, with an average sales value of $329,000 and an average sell value of $330,000. The days on market were relatively short at 19, and there were nine pending sales, suggesting that demand for homes in Peculiar remains strong.

Finally, in Belton, we saw four new homes listed and seven homes sold, with an average sales value of $297,000 and an average sell value of $246,000. The days on market were also 19, and there were nine pending sales, indicating that the market in Belton is also active.
