Weekly Market Update

As an experienced and optimistic Clay County realtor, I’m excited to share some positive updates on our local market.

This week, we saw an impressive 66 new homes listed for sale, which is great news for buyers who are looking for more options. Even more impressive, the number of homes sold was 80, indicating strong demand in the market. Additionally, there were 75 pending sales, suggesting that the market is active and there are plenty of interested buyers out there.

The average sales value and average sell value were $342,000 and $351,000, respectively, indicating that homes in this area are in high demand and are selling for top dollar. The days on market were 86, which is still relatively low, indicating that homes are selling quickly despite the high demand.

Overall, this is a great time to be involved in the Clay County real estate market. Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, there are plenty of opportunities to achieve your real estate goals.
