Weekly Market Update

The Cass County real estate market is in overdrive! One thing is certain; new homes listed aren’t anywhere near to keeping up with home sales.

And crazier still is the increase in mutiple offers driven by strong buyer demand in the face of higher mortgage rates. The not so simple driver is the increase in inventory options are encouraging buyers, as mortgage rates stabilized a bit in the face of an increased Fed rate.
