Weekly Market Update

Bonner Springs and Edwardsville homes are both more expensive than, and sell much more quickly than, Kansas City Kansas homes.

Some of that is due to the average home value (please read average age) of the homes in Kansas City, Kansas versus those in the other two communities. Also, more new home subdivisions are currently available in Bonner and Edwardsville.

This makes Kansas City Kansas a likely place to find a terrific value for the discerning home buyer and investor.

And crazier still is the increase in multiple offers driven by strong buyer demand in the face of higher mortgage rates.

Pro Tip….The sales values are very different based on many factors, not the least of which are standardized test scores that differ greatly, school district to school district.
