Weekly Market Update

Days on market in Clay County, Missouri increased slightly this week….Not a worry to buyers Caroline and Hunter as they prepare to get back out into “home search” mode

Their Realtor had explained not to worry….”Rates have settled at 6% for a 30 year mortgage, well below the 30 year average of 8%.”

Platte County homes are remarkably affordable based on square foot values, an excellent school district, quick drive to the airport, and for many homeowners, a wonderful sense of living in the country.
